These did absolutely nothing for me whatsoever. Not sure there is adequate vitamin D either for this country. Do not contain any specific ingredients for women other than the b vitamins.

Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably at the same time each day. Morning with breakfast works well for most customers as it helps build a consistent habit.

Should I take it with food?

Yes - MenoPlus contains fish oil and fat-soluble vitamins which are better absorbed when taken with food. Take it with your main meal of the day for best results.

Can I take MenoPlus alongside HRT?

Yes - MenoPlus is designed to be suitable to take alongside commonly prescribed menopause medications including HRT. However we always recommend letting your GP know what supplements you are taking.

Is MenoPlus suitable for perimenopause as well as menopause?

Absolutely - MenoPlus is specifically designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.

Can I take MenoPlus and PharmaGlow together?

Yes - these two products complement each other beautifully. MenoPlus supports hormonal balance and energy while PharmaGlow supports skin health from within. We have a bundle combining both!

When is the best time to take PharmaGlow?

Morning is ideal - mix one sachet with 200ml of cold water and take it as part of your morning routine. Consistency is key, so pick a time that works for you and stick to it every day.

How long before I see results?

Collagen takes time to build up in your body. Most customers start to notice a difference in skin hydration and texture from 4-6 weeks. For full results we recommend 3 months - which is why our 3-box bundle is our most popular option.

Is PharmaGlow suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

PharmaGlow contains marine collagen derived from fish so it is not suitable for vegans. It is suitable for vegetarians.

I am on prescription medication - can I take your products?
