I am a terrible sleeper, can't switch off and when I do, i wake several times throughout the night and struggle to get back to sleep. I bought these even though I had tried two different types of magnesium before and didn't rate them. These, I do rate and highly, I am only on my third day taking them and I can honestly say I notice a massive difference in my sleep.
