Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 1 PM GMT on weekdays are typically processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed the next working day (Monday for Friday orders, or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday).
We keep most products in stock, but in rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will notify you with an expected delivery timeframe. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Delays & Responsibilities
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately about any possible delays.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
- If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
