Magnesium+ (Bisglycinate) 200mg 90 Capsules: Take 2 capsules daily with water.

Omega 3 1000Mg 60 Capsules: Take 1-2 capsules of Omega 3 daily with water. Do not exceed the stated recommended Omega 3 supplement daily dose.

Magnesium+ (Bisglycinate) 200mg 90 Capsules: This product is manufactured in a plant which handles Milk, Gluten (Oats, Wheat), Soya, Egg, Celery, Mustard, Sulphites, Fish, Crustaceans, Peanuts and Nuts. This product may contain traces of these allergens. Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.

Omega 3 1000Mg 60 Capsules: This Omega 3 supplement is manufactured in a plant that processes ingredients containing the following: milk or milk products, sesame seeds, soya beans, eggs, celery, cereals containing gluten, mustard, fish, molluscs, crustaceans, lupin, peanuts, and nuts. Cannot guarantee peanut and nut free.
